I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Batam. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I loved the fact that my room had a king size bed and a nice bathtub. The hotel also had basic amenities like a free upgraded room, although the air-conditioner was down. The location was fantastic, as it was directly beside a mall called Kepri Mall. This made it easy for me to grab some food or go shopping without having to travel far. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. Lastly, I appreciated that breakfast was included, which made my mornings hassle-free.

Everything at this hotel was just fine.

The hotel is conveniently located near a very big shopping mall with lots of eateries, making it easy to find dining options. Furthermore, the hotel is very near to Kepri Mall, providing guests with plenty of shopping opportunities. Lastly, for those who enjoy golfing, the hotel is close to a golf course, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite sport.

The noise from the rooftop bar on level 6 can be disruptive to guests staying on level 5, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near a mall with plenty of food options. The proximity to Batam Centre ferry terminal made our travel arrangements a breeze. The hotel room was generally clean and had a lovely romantic decor with dark woods and colors. The toilets were fantastic, with a bathtub and separate rain shower. The service staff were exemplary, with warm and friendly smiles. We were especially touched by the security guard who rushed across the road in the rain to give us umbrellas. The rooftop garden bar/restaurant provided a beautiful scenic view at night, and the food was affordable and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our father's birthday celebration special, singing him the 'Happy Birthday' song. we had a great experience at the hotel.

The water for the shower and bath tended to be cold to lukewarm at best. Additionally, the air conditioning took a while to cool the room.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, free shuttle to shopping centers, convenient for food and shopping, great service from staff.

Celebrated our Xmas here and it was amazing! Loved how we were picked up from the ferry terminal and the big, clean room with a deep bathtub. the rooftop restaurant had a romantic ambiance, we enjoyed the night scenery, and had great food. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we appreciated the shuttle service to the shopping mall.

We found the family room to be smaller than expected and the Wi-Fi was weak. We also had trouble with the air conditioning system, as it was not strong enough.
