Great location near a popular mall and various fast food chains. Good wifi and modern room design. Convenient amenities like a water dispenser and nearby mini market. A food court on the first floor and clean facilities.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was easy to find taxis and very close to a big shopping center like Tunjungan Plaza. Additionally, there was a convenience store less than a hundred meters away, making it convenient for guests to grab any necessities they may need.

The hotel seemed in need of renovations and painting, with run-down looking rooms.

The Favehotel Mex Tunjungan Surabaya was a great choice for our stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and close to the Tunjungan Plaza Mall. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of having a food court and a convenience store within the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. we had a satisfying experience and would recommend this hotel for its value for money.

During my Easter stay, I found the hotel to be innovative with some unique facilities and friendly staff. They had a great in-room entertainment system that kept me and my family occupied during downtime. the location was amazing as it was close to some of the major tourist attractions and had easy access to public transportation. Plus, their breakfast selection was tasty and fresh.

My stay at the hotel was not all sunshine and rainbows. the worst thing about my experience was the constant renovation noise that disturbed our peace.
