On the positive side, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is close to the airport, making it convenient for business travelers. Additionally, it is situated near the bustling Cihampelas shopping area, providing plenty of options for shopping and dining.

The non-smoking rooms in this hotel lack windows, causing poor air circulation and an unpleasant smell of cigarettes.

Strategic location near shopping centers, including a sky-walk with unique food and goods stands. Walking distance to restaurants, minimarkets/supermarkets, and malls. Connecting rooms available for families. Good WiFi, generous breakfast, comfortable rooms and beds. Helpful staff and free parking. Outdoor swimming pool loved by children. Free room upgrade. Will definitely return.

I love how it is situated near popular tourist spots such as Cihampelas Walk and Cihampelas Mall, making it convenient to explore the area on foot. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to assist. The basic amenities provided in the rooms make for a comfortable stay, especially for those traveling with children. Additionally, the breakfast spread offers a decent variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's location is awesome! It's positioned in the heart of the city where everything is in walking distance. You can take a 2-minute stroll to shopping and dining spots; and, rent a car is easily available at an affordable price. the hotel's facilities are up to par with the price, cozy and comfortable and the breakfast is a plus.

Traffic outside the hotel, but that is not the hotel's fault. Otherwise, everything was enjoyable.
