Great service and friendly staff, with comfortable rooms and affordable rates. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. We appreciated the ample breakfast selection and complimentary transportation options offered by the hotel.

Limited food options and noise pollution made it difficult to relax in the hotel. We also found some amenities, such as hair dryers and better sound insulation, lacking in our rooms.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Medan city. the location was perfect - right in the center of town, making it convenient to explore the area and access transportation easily. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a comfortable and effortless stay. Lastly, the rooms on the 5th floor provided a great view of the surroundings, adding to the overall experience.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The in-room massage service at Favehotel was absolutely fantastic. I booked a 90-minute Lavender aroma therapy massage and the masseuse was professional, skilled, and provided a truly relaxing experience. The soothing scent of lavender filled the room, and the massage helped release all the tension in my body. I left feeling rejuvenated and completely satisfied. I highly recommend the in-room massage service at Favehotel for a truly relaxing stay.
