This hotel is in a great location, right in the city center. It is conveniently situated next to a supermarket and several restaurants, making it easy to find everything we needed. It is also quite close to the airport and the ITB university, which was very convenient for us. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring that we started our day off right. We also enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, such as the pool and the rooftop restaurant.

Had some good food options offered and really liked the comfortable beds. the location was great - conveniently located in the middle of a lot of shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The staff wasn’t as accommodating as they could have been, which put a damper on my Thanksgiving experience. the room looked old and dingy, and there was a funky smell that lingered throughout the stay.
