The location of Four Points By Sheraton in Kuta is great. The beds are comfortable and the staff is super friendly. We received a room upgrade upon arrival and felt spoiled during our stay. The hotel offers a coffee and fresh juice bar upon request, which is a nice touch. The kids' club, swimming pool, and hot whirlpool were big hits with my children. The hotel is also conveniently located near malls, eateries, and convenience stores. Additionally, it is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making it easy to reach without too much traffic.

The noise insulation in the rooms is not very good, and guests may be able to hear conversations from neighboring rooms at night.

Fantastic pools for both kids and adults. The rooftop pool and bar had a great atmosphere, and the children's pool was perfect for little ones. The hotel was well-maintained and the buffet breakfast had a wonderful selection. The kids club was a hit with my children and the room service was delicious. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

During my recent stay here, I was blown away by the location of this place, right across from the beautiful beach, and in the center of everything. There were so many great restaurants nearby, and it was convenient to have shops and commercial services right here. The friendly staff was available 24/7 with room service, car hire, and a shuttle service to the airport. The facilities were spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including an in-room safe, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. And the swimming pool was amazing - I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and spa and wellness center. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Spending my New Year's Eve here was worth every penny. the location was great, near to public transport and restaurants. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the welcoming staff. They also offered a great discount for any tours and transport arrangements that I needed. the highlight of the stay was the view from my room overlooking the lagoon. It was truly breathtaking.

They missed cleaning my room once and did not provide enough toiletries every day. I found some laneways to be quite noisy at night.
