The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was amazed by the attention to detail in the building. The gold accents, high ceilings, and fresh flower decorations gave it a regal feel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, leaving me with a memorable experience. The cocktail maker at the reception is pretty amazing, whipping up delicious drinks. The Alto and the Palmcourt are two fantastic places to enjoy dining options in Jakarta. The room was gorgeous, with comfortable beds and a beautifully decorated bathroom. The service was top-notch, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast offered an extraordinary spread, and the facilities provided added convenience to my stay.

One small drawback was that some amenities were not initially provided, but the staff quickly addressed the issue and delivered them promptly.

Our romantic escape was perfect! the room was luxurious and cozy with a heavenly bed and pillows to die for. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary extra bed for our daughter. the staff was so kind and accommodating. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city and its attractions. the restaurant at the top floor had excellent views over the city skyline and served amazing Italian dishes.

The hotel's drive-in car security was a bit excessive and tedious. However, it didn't detract from the overall experience.

The staff at Four Seasons went above and beyond to make our anniversary and my daughter's birthday special. They decorated our room with beautiful flowers, left heartfelt messages on the window, and even surprised us with a delicious cake. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was gorgeously decorated. We loved spending time at the swimming pool, both in the large pool and the kids' pool. The hotel also offers a convenient WhatsApp service for quick and efficient communication. our stay at Four Seasons was enjoyable and memorable.

During check-in, there was some confusion about the number of guests in our reservation. Despite having confirmation emails for six people, the hotel insisted that we only booked for five.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Reception was accommodating and understanding. The pool was lovely.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The spacious and beautifully decorated room ticked all the boxes for us. From the huge and comfortable bed to the exclusive amenities, such as the sun loungers on the sun terrace and the infinity pool, everything was just perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although we loved our stay, we did notice a minor issue with the breakfast. The options were limited and average compared to other 5-star hotels we have stayed at.

Nestled away from hustle & bustle, shuttle service to mall, excellent staff, good breakfast, beautiful interior.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center, making it easy to turn on the other side of the highway and explore the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean and tidy bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and there are complimentary amenities during your stay. The breakfast menu offers a variety of tasty options to start your day.

The only downside is the dusty rug in some areas of the hotel.
