The location of Four Seasons at Sayan is incredible, with breathtaking views and a beautiful river running through the property. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service, tailored to your preferences. The riverside cafe offers delicious food, and the chef even went above and beyond to make a spicy dish for us. The property itself is in a jungle setting, adding to its charm.

The room was beautifully appointed, offering a tranquil haven to relax in after a day of exploring. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast was exquisite, with a wide variety of delectable options to choose from. Plus, the resort had fantastic facilities, including a luxurious spa and a kids club for little ones to enjoy.

The restaurant's limited menu options and high prices were a slight disappointment.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! We loved the complimentary massage and dinner, which was absolutely delicious and made our stay even more special. the location was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and close to many local attractions. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the excellent service from the friendly staff.

While everything was great, we did feel that some of the prices for activities and services were a bit steep. the breakfast selections could have been better and we sometimes felt rushed by the restaurant staff.
