amazing stay in jimbaran! 2 bedroom villa with private pool was clean, well-appointed & the staff were so friendly. beautiful restaurant & pool area. loved waking up to the peaceful jungle sounds. the gardens were a treasure, a pleasure to walk each morning. highly recommended!

shower pressure issue

The 4 bedroom villa at Gending Kedis was even bigger and better than expected, with spacious bathrooms and a luxurious bathtub. The hotel is peacefully situated near the bustling area of Jimbaran, and despite its age, it is well-maintained. The staff, especially Mr. Jayandra at the front office, were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Food for breakfast could be improved by ensuring accurate orders and timely delivery, as well as providing sufficient quantities of bread for the entire group.

We stayed one week in a two-bed room villa with a private pool and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was super friendly and attentive, the private garden and pool were beautiful and well looked after, and the main pool area was also very attractive. We loved the afternoon coffee with delicious cookies and cake, and the complimentary drop-off service was a great perk.

We had a excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even offering suggestions for our daily plans. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the spa. The Balinese massage was highly recommended and the staff were amazing. Our villa had a beautiful view and provided complete privacy. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and our private pool was well-maintained and refreshing. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to a nearby location, which was a nice bonus.

The breakfast could benefit from more variety and better communication between the chef and wait staff.

The swimming pool and gym facilities were excellent.

The rooms were in need of maintenance, with windows not closing properly, leading to a mosquito problem. the mosquito nets on the beds did not fully cover the whole bed.
