I had a great value for my money at Gili Air Bungalows. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a bright balcony. The location was ideal, close to the best beach and snorkeling spot. The staff was kind and accommodating throughout my stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

The pool was beautiful and perfect for those hot days. the breakfast was amazing with plenty of variety. the location was great as it was close to bars, restaurants and the beach.

The room was infested with bed bugs which made for a very unpleasant stay. the staff did not seem concerned about the issue and did not take any measures to address it.

The location of the hotel is perfect - close enough to get to restaurants and the beach within minutes, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The bungalows are surrounded by beautiful gardens, which provide privacy from other guests.

The water pressure in the shower is quite poor. While the shower itself is modern and attractive, it will take you a bit longer to shower due to the low pressure.

The bungalow was big, clean and peaceful. The staff was helpful and friendly, organizing tours and assisting with laundry. The breakfast by the sea was exceptional. The location was quiet and relaxing, away from busy streets.

For us it was ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, especially when compared to other options on the island. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and at the end of the path leading back to Lombok airport. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were well-appointed, with modern outdoor bathrooms and efficient AC. We also loved the breakfast, served on our own terrace and included in the price.

The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including delicious pancakes and fresh fruit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and spas.

One downside was the noise from the construction and the pounding techno music coming from the neighboring property. It was loud and went on throughout the day and into the evenings.
