We had an amazing time during our romantic escape on this beautiful island. the private pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the breakfast, delivered right to our room, was delicious and plentiful. We also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the friendly and welcoming staff.

There were a few things that we didn't enjoy during our stay. the water in the bathrooms had a terrible taste and stung our eyes.

Welcoming with juice. Lovely staff, helpful with luggage. Comfortable villa, nice pool and sun bed. Amazing breakfast, lot of choice. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super quiet location, 10-minute walk to beach. Safe for two girls traveling. Staff gave directions and birthday message. Food delivered under the stars. Great place for relaxation. Clean pool and rooms. Prompt and helpful staff. Provided bread and welcome drinks. Helpful owner. Great for family trip.

We stayed at GiliZen Resort for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the private villa was comfortable with a great pool and sunbeds, and the breakfast was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was quiet and peaceful, just a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets. I loved the spacious terrace, luxurious amenities, and the mosaic shower in the bathroom. I highly recommend GiliZen as a perfect place for privacy and comfort.

I recently stayed at a private pool villa in Gili Air for a short vacation. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room cool throughout my stay. The pool was always clean and refreshing, and the breakfast options were fantastic, especially the smoothie bowl and pancakes. The staff were very accommodating, providing a thorough check-in process and giving us a printed map with recommendations for attractions and nearby amenities. The villa also had a fresh water dispenser with hot and room temperature water, which was a nice touch.

As two girls traveling, we initially had concerns about the remote location of Gilizen Resort. However, we felt completely safe during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing us with a map and personalized directions to the best spots for food and scenic sights. They even surprised my best friend with a special birthday message and flowers. We enjoyed delicious local food under the stars by the pool, experiencing ultimate relaxation. The pool itself was fantastic, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. The managers were incredibly kind and helpful. Gilizen Resort provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay on Gili Air.

We got incredible value for our money at this resort! The room was absolutely stunning, both inside and out, with a gorgeous private pool and beautiful furnishings. The location was just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by countless beach bars and restaurants. The staff treated us like royalty, providing us with a map and helpful tips, arranging a snorkel trip, and delivering a delicious breakfast to our villa. We felt completely relaxed and at home during our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better at the hotel was if they offered more options for food throughout the day. Some places closed early in the evening, so it would have been nice to have more dining options on-site.

The value for money was excellent, and our room was clean and lovely. The location near the north side beach was perfect for exploring the island, and the staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Masran, the host, was particularly helpful and provided us with a map and recommendations of the best places to visit on Gili Air.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a greater variety of items.

They even arranged a snorkel trip for us. the villa had a fresh water dispenser with hot and room temperature water. the owners made an effort to provide our children with vegan pancakes, which was a nice touch.

The water in the bathrooms tasted awful, like salt water, and it stung our eyes. the staff said it was normal, but we stayed at another hotel during our trip and the water there was perfectly fine.

La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec une salle de bain privée. Le propriétaire et sa mère étaient très accueillants et bavards, et parlaient parfaitement anglais et italien. Le quartier est charmant, avec des maisons colorées, des fleurs et des chats. Si vous aimez marcher, c'est un endroit idéal pour vous.

The villa was beautiful with a stunning bathroom skylight and our own pool. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us great food and beach recommendations. We even enjoyed a floating breakfast for no extra charge.

The whole place is fresh, well maintained, and has a lovely homely feel to it. The pool is great, clean, and a large size for two people. The rooms are sparkling clean, and the shower and other facilities are perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty every day. The owner went above and beyond to help me surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. it's a nice place to chill and relax, with inviting rooms and a private environment.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was not only friendly, but they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From engaging in small talk to even teaching me some Bahasa, they truly made me feel at home. They even asked about my girlfriend when she wasn't feeling well. The breakfast served in my villa was absolutely amazing. It was served in an a la carte style, and the food was delicious. The private pool was a godsend after a long day in the hot sun. It was incredibly relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind.

The bedroom was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The towels were big and soft, and there were separate ones for the bathroom and pool. I loved that the staff respected our privacy and even waited for us to open the door before entering. They were also very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was great for remote working and video calls. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams and the option to order extra meals. I also took a cooking class, which was a highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this resort!

There were some inconveniences during my stay. We experienced frequent blackouts, and on our last day they lasted long enough to make it uncomfortable without working air conditioning.
