I recently stayed at Golden Palace in Mataram for a few nights and I must say it was a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and many spoke English. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby. The room itself was spacious and the bed was extra king-sized and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and the water pressure in the shower was good. I especially enjoyed the rooftop dining area, which was romantic and offered a wide variety of delicious breakfast choices, both local and Western. Golden Palace provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The level of service from the reception to the housekeeping was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The room and mattress were big and comfortable, which made for a pleasant night's sleep. The hotel also offered flawless transfer services, with a friendly driver who made sure we arrived safely. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was centrally located and allowed us to easily access local food options during the night.
