We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionists were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a smooth check-in and addressing any issues we had promptly. They even upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra charge when there was a problem with the hot water. The room itself was comfortable, with a cozy bed and fluffy pillows. The breakfast served here was delicious and offered a variety of choices. We especially loved the traditional breakfast, which was worth every penny. The hotel also has a small souvenir shop that sells beautiful batik at very affordable prices. The location is excellent, right on the main road, and within walking distance to some great local restaurants and shops.

Likes – Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options that exceeded my expectations. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the main sights and activities. Plus, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Dislikes – Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom weren't the best and could have been improved. the soundproofing could have been better as I could hear noises from other rooms, which was sometimes annoying.
