The staff - ultra respectful and friendly, attention to detail, helpful and fast response. Location - in front of the beach, nearby cafes and restaurants, near city center. Breakfast - amazing variety of food, both local and Western options. Room and facilities - room service, spacious room and bathroom, nice sea view.

Room clean, staff friendly. Air con broke first night, staff fixed in 10 mins. Service efficient. Staff respectful, asked about stay. Asked for butter, brought every morning. Perfect attention to detail. Great location, near beach, seafood restaurant, cafe, live music. Near city center, 5 mins by car. Twin room not available, offered extra bed. Big room, nice sea view. Friendly staff, helped with queries. Air conditioner not working, engineer came immediately. Wide selection of breakfast food.

I loved the location of the hotel, with easy access to both the beach and the city. The ocean view room on the 5th floor was perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the helpful manager. The condition of the hotel was excellent, being relatively new. Despite some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom, the room overall was nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of Indonesian food, although the Western options were limited. The hotel also had an ATM gallery in the parking lot, which was convenient. The hotel is a great option if you're planning to explore Belitung and its stunning beaches.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach. I loved being able to step outside and have direct access to Tanjung Pendam beach. The hotel also had a great range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and even a game room for the kids. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the fact that the hotel had a fitness center. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Location was great, close to the beach and cafes. the hotel had an elevator and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of food.

Room was not well maintained, found candy wrap under the bed upon check-in and bathroom was not clean enough. Room had a weird bathroom design with bathtub and open shower area, making the bathroom very wet and slippery.
