The family-friendly activities kept our kids entertained all day. From the lively pool area to the exciting game room, there was never a dull moment for our family.

My wife says that having more child-friendly dining options would be a great addition.

I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with plenty of dining options nearby for all budgets. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay more pleasant. improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness and maintenance, as well as providing better breakfast options.

Omg, stayed at a hotel in kuta, bali recently. Loved the bright and modern rooms, perfect for families. Amenities were great, but had to pay extra for a slippery. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside, the room got noisy by the lifts. Would stay again for sure! 🌴.

Excellent service recovery

We had a flight cancellation and were accommodated at Grand Livio. Upon arrival, we found that one of the family rooms was not properly prepared. However, the staff quickly rectified the situation and made sure we were comfortable. They even provided us with a complimentary lunch. the service recovery was impressive and made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was well-located in the center area of Kuta, making it convenient for both business and vacation purposes. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities, including the clean rooms with two TVs and a sofa bed, were impressive. The attention to detail, such as the shower handle in the bathroom being maintained in great condition, was noticeable. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included and served was a pleasant surprise.

All was satisfactory, no improvement needed.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a lovely interior. The bed was large and super comfy. The hotel had great facilities, including a sofa, locker, mini refrigerator, and hair dryer. The location was convenient, close to minimarkets, cafes, and restaurants.

Had a great time during Xmas at this hotel. the complementary fruit basket and chocolates on arrival were a nice touch. Location was perfect, close to the beach and shopping area. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room definitely needs some refurbishing, it was very outdated. the breakfast was mediocre and didn't have many options.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to reach by taxi. It's also a short taxi ride away from the beach in Kuta, Seminyak, and the airport. Around the hotel, there are authentic Balinese restaurants to explore. The rooms are clean and functional, with comfortable beds and free WiFi. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides fast service. You can start your day with an average but energizing breakfast.
