During my recent stay at Grand Mercure, I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade I received. The hotel is simply beautiful, both inside and out. The junior suite with the mountain view was absolutely stunning. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options, including delicious waffles, pancakes, and fried rice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that our needs were met throughout our stay. I also appreciated the prompt housekeeping service, as our room was cleaned and our clothes were neatly folded when we returned from a night tour. I had a perfect stay at Grand Mercure and would highly recommend it.

The hotel offered exceptional spa activities with a professional masseuse. the room was very spacious with lots of storage space and a comfortable bed. the hotel had great Wi-Fi connection, perfect for online work. Finally, the hotel's location was very convenient with easy access to local attractions.

The lobby was too busy and overwhelming. the water pressure in the shower was not strong enough, and the closet was missing a bidet button.

This hotel offers an unforgettable luxurious experience. the staff is helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the Spa center was perfect for relaxation, and the outdoor heated infinity pool, together with the sun terrace and garden area, provided an exquisite view of the surroundings.

The hotel only offered limited live entertainment. One thing that caught my attention was that the restaurant served only a few varieties of special diet menus, but the traditional local delicacies more than compensated for this minor issue.

The convenience store nearby was very useful for us, especially with children. It made it easy to grab snacks and drinks whenever we needed. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay.
