The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the airport and the beach. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The buffet spread was impressive, offering a wide selection of tasty dishes. The clean and spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay. The pool was well-maintained and offered a great place to relax.

There were a few downsides to consider. The toiletries provided were inadequate, and the daily replenishment of tea and coffee bags was inconsistent.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar and a balcony.

Excellent service from Koming at night, who provided outstanding service and made the best cocktails in Bali. The staff at Grand Zuri were helpful and kind, always ready to meet our needs. We were able to rent a scooter and book excursions easily from the hotel. The rooms and property were clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was also delicious and a great value for the money paid. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Our romantic escape was a mixed experience. Although the hotel's location was great, with wonderful views and easy access to the beach, we were disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in certain areas. On the positive side, the complimentary breakfast was good, and the bottle of wine and chocolates in our room were a nice touch. the hotel had a relaxed vibe that we enjoyed.

The negative aspects of our stay greatly outnumbered the positive aspects. the facilities were not well-maintained and often dirty.

Great value for money with amazing breakfast buffet, including Indonesian and Indian dishes. Upgraded to a spacious 2-room apartment. Convenient location with easy access to Kuta town. Nice pool with unique aquarium concept. a lovely experience for a short stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and always ready to help me with anything I needed. The pool was great, perfect for a refreshing swim. The bed sheets were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was just close enough to Kuta for a walk or a short ride, but far enough to avoid the noise and chaos of the main street.
