The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a mix of international and Indonesian foods, along with an egg cooking station, ensuring you can indulge until you can no longer move. The hotel also offers a useful and practical free shuttle service around town, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience.

The location was perfect, just off the busy Jalan Hanoman and close to the Monkey Forest. Despite being near the main areas of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views of the surrounding rice fields. The transportation provided by the hotel was also a bonus, with convenient pick ups and drop offs anywhere in the city. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the facilities, including the pools, were top-notch. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, location.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the middle of Ubud. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the location was perfect, with many restaurants and bars nearby. We rented a car and the spacious parking made it convenient. the hotel had two swimming pools, one of which was filled with salty water. the staff at the hotel were super friendly, peaceful, and helpful. They arranged a guided walk for us around the rice fields and also showed us around the volcano area and temples. the general atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing, with an authentic local feel. the restaurant offered delicious vegetarian options and the buffet breakfast had a tasty vegetarian fried rice. the overall experience was fantastic!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always accommodating our needs. the cleanliness of the room was impressive with daily cleaning and fresh towels. the bathroom was exquisite and spacious. the hotel's location was ideal with free shuttle service at any time and being on a main road making it easily accessible. the free water refill and substantial breakfast buffet were great complementary services.

The lack of wifi in the rooms and not much variety in the dinner menu. However, the onsite spa treatments were reasonably priced, the two pools provided a good place to relax, and the grounds of the hotel were beautiful.
