The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a mix of international and Indonesian foods, along with an egg cooking station, ensuring you can indulge until you can no longer move. The hotel also offers a useful and practical free shuttle service around town, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience.

Despite being near the main areas of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views of the surrounding rice fields. The transportation provided by the hotel was also a bonus, with convenient pick ups and drop offs anywhere in the city. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the facilities, including the pools, were top-notch. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, location.

We rented a car and the spacious parking made it convenient. The hotel had two swimming pools, one of which was filled with salty water. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, peaceful, and helpful. They arranged a guided walk for us around the rice fields and also showed us around the volcano area and temples. The general atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing, with an authentic local feel. The restaurant offered delicious vegetarian options and the buffet breakfast had a tasty vegetarian fried rice. The overall experience was fantastic!
