Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel in Bourges. De kamer was ruim en schoon, perfect voor ons gezin van vier volwassenen en een baby. We waren blij met de grote bedden en comfortabele kussens. De locatie van het hotel was ideaal, dicht bij het centrum van de stad en op loopafstand van diverse eetgelegenheden. Gelukkig waren we aangenaam verrast door het uitgebreide ontbijt en vriendelijke personeel. Gelukkig was de parkeerplaats ruim en goed beveiligd. Al met al een uitstekende keuze voor een verblijf in deze stad.

Excellent staff, good gym, breakfast had many choices, spacious room, helpful and friendly staff. Fast wifi, clean bathroom, generous water supply, appreciated staff's assistance with lost item. Good price compared to other 5-star hotels in the area. a positive experience.

The breakfast options were decent and the rooms were clean and spacious enough. the location was also great as it was close to most of the places we wanted to go to.

The laundry policy was a complete inconvenience. We had to come down and make a deposit payment for even a small thing like laundry.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the bustling Simpang Lima square and not far from the shopping mall. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a large bathroom offering all necessary amenities. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel provides easy access to the airport and is in close proximity to the business center, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service and exclusive amenities. The swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre were top-notch, and the Jacuzzi offered a calming and relaxing experience. The room was clean and spacious with unparalleled room advantages. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were superbly done, and we enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes and drinks. Moreover, the hotel was situated in a prime location with excellent location advantages, making it easy to explore the city.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the sauna, which did not meet our expectations. However, the hotel staff was quick to address the matter, and they provided us with alternative private facilities, which were exclusive and met our expectations.
