the rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the powerful and hot shower - a rarity in our travels. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. the air conditioning and WiFi worked excellently throughout our stay. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a flask of hot water, along with tea and coffee, waiting for us on our balcony table and chairs every morning. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and juice brought directly to our room. the pool area, while small, was more than sufficient, with comfortable loungers and a great suntrap once the sun came out. the young and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within close proximity, including a laundrette, mini-mart, main strip of restaurants, bars.

Gunakaya Homestay exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back.

Staff at the front desk was super available. if only I could find them! Rental bicycle was a great idea, too bad I couldn't figure out where to get it. Free parking and a pool were nice, though I didn't get to use them.

Second time staying here and just as satisfied as before! The location is perfect, close to great local restaurants like Soul in a Bowl and Massimo's. The room is spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you need. The garden setting is tranquil and the terrace is a nice touch. Breakfast served in the room is a lovely start to the day. The pool is also a great feature. Highly recommend!

It is tucked away from the main road, ensuring a peaceful stay, yet still within a 10-minute walk to the beach. The proximity to the international airport is also a plus.

Our bungalow was spacious, clean, and close to the beach. the area was quiet and had plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. the value for money was amazing, and breakfast was delicious.
