We had a marvellous stay at a hotel conveniently located near the ferry terminal, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing prompt service whenever needed. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and a live station where omelettes were made to perfection. Additionally, the hotel was situated in the heart of the bar district, offering plenty of entertainment options for adults and a short walk away from Nagoya mall.

The response from the front office staff was lacking when my wife encountered an unpleasant incident in the hotel lobby.

The hotel we stayed at was in a good area where we could visit lots of bars at night. It was also right opposite a mosque, which was convenient for those who wanted to pray. Additionally, the staff were very responsive to our requests and provided excellent room service. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a sitting area, and a dining table. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the well-equipped kitchenette in our room. The television and flat-screen TV were a nice touch, and the carpeted floors added a luxurious feel to the room. The hotel also had a bar/lounge area where we could relax and unwind after a long day. The overall service and facilities provided by this hotel were outstanding.

During my stay at Harmoni, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, they were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The doormen were particularly helpful, always ready to assist with a friendly smile. The surrounding areas of the hotel were also convenient, with popular fast food chains and local eateries within walking distance. The security at the hotel was commendable, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. I had a nice experience at Harmoni and would recommend it to others.

The amenities at the hotel were great and easy to access. the location was fantastic too, with many shops, restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. the best part was the pool and the facilities on offer. the room we stayed in was also spacious and would be great for those travelling with children.

The food could do with some improvement, especially in terms of variety and quantity. There weren't many options available, and some of the dishes were not very appealing.
