The staff was friendly and the breakfast offered a variety of options. the gym and pool were nice amenities to have during the city trip.

The hotel had some major drawbacks. the elevators were poorly functioning, causing excessive wait times and leading to having to use the stairs.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location was convenient and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The room amenities were top-notch, including the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. We also enjoyed the spacious sitting area and dressing area in our room. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock were perfect for our entertainment needs. We were pleased to find out that the hotel had a dining restaurant, where we had a delicious meal. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The leisure spa & wellness centre and swimming pool provided a relaxing experience. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were beautiful and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The free Wi-Fi in public areas and free parking were convenient amenities. The 24-hour reception ensured that we had assistance whenever needed.

Although the interior ambiance was so-so and the architectural finishing could be improved, this place would still be a great choice for families.
