The location is absolutely perfect, situated in a new town center that is attached to a bustling shopping mall. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right at my fingertips. Plus, the hotel provided a wide range of amenities and services that made my stay even more enjoyable. From room service and dry cleaning to 24-hour service, this place truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. They will definitely appreciate the convenient location within a new town center that is attached to a shopping mall, the top-notch service, and the comfortable amenities.

Excellent value for money! The hotel has a modern and cool vibe, with a wide lobby that gives a warm welcoming feeling. The location is perfect, close to mosques and shopping centers. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Despite being near a highway, the room was surprisingly quiet. I was also impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, especially Vita and Nisa in the evenings. I highly recommend Harris Hotel Bekasi.

During my recent visit, I was impressed with the great value for money offered by the hotel. the restaurant was fantastic and offered a delicious breakfast that was fit for a king. the staff were very friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. One of the best things about the hotel was its location - it was very convenient to be so close to such a great shopping mall where we spent hours exploring and finding great deals on branded items.

While the hotel had a lot of positives, there were a couple of things that could have been improved. the room could benefit from a renovation and some parts, like the mirror and bathroom, were slightly rusted.

As guests with disabilities, we were impressed with the modernized and welcoming feel of the hotel. The security and comfort provided by the hotel allowed us to confidently leave our teenager alone until evening while we worked. The hotel's convenient location near shopping centers was also a major plus. The presence of a fridge in the room was especially helpful for storing medication and food.

The hotel staff made us feel like family, always going above and beyond to assist us.
