I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room service food was unexpectedly amazing, even better than some 5-star hotels I've been to. The hotel's location, connected to a huge shopping mall, was incredibly convenient. It made exploring the city so much easier, and there were plenty of dining options to choose from. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially loved the unique bathroom slippers and aroma diffuser in my room. This hotel is definitely value for money!

The Harris Hotel And Conventions Kelapa Gading Jakarta is attached to a huge mall, with an excellent multiplex cinema including IMAX. The staff is wonderful, very courteous and helpful. The location is great, connecting directly to the mall. Complimentary water bottles are refilled daily, and the room is kept clean. The size of the room is reasonable, and the toilet is kept clean.

We had an exceptional experience at Harris Hotel. The reception staff allowed us to check in early, even before 8 am, which was really convenient. The location was perfect for us, being adjacent to a shopping mall with plenty of dining options. The room size was good and the hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the outdated TV unit and the lack of in-room technology, we were very happy with our stay. we highly recommend Harris Hotel and will definitely stay there again when we return to Jakarta.

I had a great value for my money at Harris Hotel Kelapa Gading Jakarta. The room size was good and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, being attached to the Kelapa Gading Shopping Mall which had a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.

One thing that could make the breakfast selection better is adding more variety to the menu.
