The staff was polite, helpful, and spoke English well. We had an outstanding city view from our room. The hotel lobby's food shop offered a unique mix of local and imported specialties. The room was very comfortable and clean. The sky bar was a great place to chill, with reasonable prices.

I was pleasantly surprised to find bolsters provided, which made for a unique and enjoyable experience. The hotel's location in the center of Pontianak was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and a mini supermarket just one floor below. I had a great time here with my family and can't wait to come back next year.

Great location with plenty of food options in the surrounding area. the hotel had a lift for easy access to different floors and felt safe and secure. the bathroom was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The walls were quite thin and noise from other guests and the street outside could be heard in the room. the room could have used a little updating, but overall it was comfortable and clean.
