The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The facilities at this place were outstanding, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and even a game room for entertainment.

Good location. Great facilities for young children including swimming pool, trampoline, mini hobbit house, fish pond, and free bike rental. Close to attractions like Pasar Ah Poong and Jungleland. Nice breakfast with delicious options. Clean rooms and attentive service.

The food from room service was delicious, and the pool was a hit with both our children, including our 10-month-old who had a blast swimming. The hotel is conveniently located near the main highway, making it easily accessible for first-timers. Guests can also see the building when passing by the highway. The front office team is friendly and welcoming, offering a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel's facilities were great for families. There were many outdoor activities available such as free bike rental, badminton, and ping pong. the indoor kids playroom and two swim areas for babies, toddlers, and small kids were very nice. Plus, the restaurant food was good.

The noise from kids running around in the room above us was very disturbing since the rooms were not soundproof. the peak hours at the hotel were really busy and overcrowded which made it difficult to enjoy the facilities.
