We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the business area of Jakarta was very convenient for us to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially the room service and dry cleaning. They were always prompt and attentive to our needs. The amenities in the room were excellent, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We felt very safe with the in-room safe provided. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a soundproofed design ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offered a delicious continental breakfast with halal food options. The bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality services offered at this hotel.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in the business area and was pleasantly surprised by the firm yet soft and huge bed. The location was convenient, with a shopping center within walking distance. enjoyed the variety of food and beverages served at breakfast.

The room could have been cleaner. The housekeeping staff did not restock amenities in the room completely, causing delays every time I had to contact them.
