The staff are friendly and provide exceptional service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The breakfast has a decent choice and is always fresh. The room is clean, with good quality toiletries, and the housekeeping is prompt and efficient.

It is worth noting that the pool does not have a bar, limiting options for those who wish to enjoy a drink while swimming or sunbathing.

The rooftop pool was clean and refreshing, and although there were only 8 sunbeds, I was able to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel also provided ample amenities, including a refrigerator, coffee and tea accessories, and daily replenished bottled water. The bathroom had complimentary quality cosmetics and was always impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the availability of children's tableware and chairs, perfect for families traveling with little ones. The hotel staff was attentive and prompt in delivering excellent service, ensuring that any issues were immediately resolved. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel even prepared takeaway breakfast packages upon request. The surrounding area was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it a great place to unwind. The sandy beach, with gradual entry into the sea, was ideal for families or those who prefer calmer waters. I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Bali Sanur and would highly recommend it.

Although my stay was exceptional, I would have been happier if the hotel had the option of a balcony. As an early morning person, I enjoy turning off the air conditioning and opening the window to take in the fresh air.
