The room at this hotel was fantastic, offering great comfort and amenities for the price. The powerful hot shower and very comfy bed were highlights, along with the thoughtful addition of a retractable washing line in the bathroom. Additionally, the hotel provided food delivery menus and even assisted in ordering the food for us, making it a convenient and easy process. The staff were proficient and made our stay truly comfortable.

The rooms are well-maintained and offer a great view of the exhibition center and nearby buildings. The staff is excellent, providing attentive service and ensuring that the basic amenities are always kept clean. I also appreciated the blackout curtains, which allowed for a comfortable and restful sleep after a long day at the exhibition.

That some taxis had trouble finding the hotel, which made getting around a bit more difficult. the bathroom in my room had a bit of an unpleasant odor, which was a minor annoyance.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jakarta International Expo. The location was perfect for attending a concert at Jiexpo Halls, just a short walk away. The room was smart, clean, and had everything I needed. The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of options. Although there were a few minor issues, like communication at reception and slippery shower floors, overall I had a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel for future trips.
