I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, away from the busy areas but still in a strategic area. The room service was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The amenities provided in the room were excellent, from the ironing facilities to the in-room safe. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, from the poolside snack bar to the bar/lounge area. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I also enjoyed spending time by the leisure swimming pool, it was a great way to relax and unwind. this place surpassed all my expectations and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location next to a highway made it easily accessible, and the food mall beside it was convenient for dining. The shuttle bus service was excellent.

I must say, my recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Jakarta was fantastic. The hotel itself was clean, new, and modern, giving off a welcoming vibe as soon as I arrived. The room, while dimly lit, had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The toilet was modern and bright, and the ballroom where I attended a wedding was absolutely beautiful. I was pleased with the service as well, with the concierge offering in-room massages or guidance to a nearby spa. Additionally, the shuttle bus provided excellent transportation from JIEXPO to the hotel, making my travels much easier. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Central Jakarta. The location was convenient as it was very near to the Beauty exhibition at Kemayoran. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including European dishes. The swimming pool and gym facilities were well-maintained, and the bar in the lobby was a nice place to relax.

The room was not soundproof, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms at times.

The hotel room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. the breakfast was okay, with enough choices for us to fill up before we headed out. the location of the hotel was great- it was in walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.

Our overall experience wasn't great. the service was inattentive and unengaged.
