This hotel provided me with an unforgettable luxurious experience. the room was spacious and modern with exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi and a private balcony with an amazing view. the staff was always friendly, responsive and ready to fulfill all my needs.

There was a minor issue with the room service. the cleaning service was done quite late in the day but was always performed thoroughly.

The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, satisfying both Asian and Western diners. the pool and gym facilities are well-maintained, providing a great workout and relaxation experience. Being situated in the heart of the city makes transportation convenient, with many convenience stores and restaurants just a few steps away from the hotel.

The air conditioning unit in the room was quite small, so it takes a while for the spacious room to cool down. the cleanliness of the room could have been better as there were dust and hair on the floor.
