The hotel is conveniently located very near to the pier to Sanur, making it easy to travel to and from the mainland. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is professional and tries their best to make guests feel comfortable. Some facilities like a nice pool and lovely gardens are provided for guests to enjoy.

The staff's English communication skills can be improved.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Arsa Santhi! The staff went above and beyond to help us plan our day and make the most of our short stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a super comfortable bed. The location was ideal, just a few minutes away from all the restaurants. We especially loved the pool, the perfect temperature to relax after a long day of exploring the island. we highly recommend Arsa Santhi for a wonderful stay in Nusa Penida.
