I recently stayed at Hotel Ciputra and had a great experience. The location is perfect, right next to Ciputra Mall, which made it convenient for shopping and dining. The restaurant at the hotel offered a delicious breakfast, with a mix of local and international dishes. I particularly enjoyed the local food options. The room service was also excellent, providing tasty meals at a good price. The hotel also has a bar, which was a nice place to unwind after a long day. Lastly, the underground parking facility was quite convenient for those who don't bring their own car.

Had a great weekend away! Conveniently situated near restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was enjoyable and the staff was very welcoming. The rooftop pool was a hit with my family.

Although the room was tidy, the mattresses were too stiff for me and my spouse, so our sleep quality suffered a bit. the wifi signal was frustratingly unstable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and of high quality. The restaurant had various delicious halal food options for in-room breakfast or buffet breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained. The spa & wellness centre provided exclusive amenities such as sauna, massage, and steam room, and the staff offered top-notch service. this hotel provided all the necessary facilities for a comfortable and upscale stay.

The hotel lacked live entertainment and beach umbrellas. Although this was a minor issue, it would have been nice to have those amenities.
