The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the drivers to the restaurant servers. The check-in experience was great, with a nice welcome drink. The various nightly dining experiences exceeded expectations. The rooms were a decent size, with bright and sunny balconies. The swimming pools were fantastic, with the option for more privacy and shade in the 'Private Pool'. All the restaurants served delicious food, so be sure to try them all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Seminyak for a week on a relaxing beach vacation. The hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and beautiful property. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, with the option for an additional afternoon cleaning if needed. I loved the three pools, especially the quiet one for some peaceful lounging. The all-you-can-eat buffet was extraordinary, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The attentive and friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is superb, with easy access to the beach, bars, and restaurants. I will definitely be returning to this fantastic and lovely hotel.

What an outstanding hotel! As an IHG member, I got an upgrade to a neighbourhood room with modern touches, a large bathroom, and a spacious wardrobe. The Makase restaurant served impeccable breakfast with fresh juices, and the staff were highly attentive. The beach was steps away, and the location was perfect, within a 10-minute walk to bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Indigo!

It's also close to the beach, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the staff, like Rika, go above and beyond to ensure a good time. During my Christmas vacation in this hotel, I was impressed by the complementary massage and afternoon tea that they offered. the location was perfect, being close to the beach and near all the action. I loved the fact that the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, despite being in a bustling area.
