Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

We recently stayed at Kempinski and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Jakarta. The room we stayed in, the grand deluxe, provided breathtaking views of Bunderan HI and the city skyline at night.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as a small and crowded pool during the holiday season and the inconvenience of having breakfast in the ballroom, these minor issues were quickly resolved thanks to the attentive and helpful staff.

We had a great stay in a centrally located hotel, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Jakarta's CBD. The convenience of being right next to two major malls made shopping and dining a breeze. The rooms were pretty and offered a beautiful view of the city's iconic statue. The staff were friendly and check-in was fast. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including delicious sausages and ham like in a popular restaurant.

The small pool on the rooftop, which was always crowded during our visit.

The staff was really friendly and the food was delicious. the hotel had a great location that allowed us to easily explore the city and its surroundings.

Our room had a very bad smell that made it difficult to breathe. We ended up having to switch to another room on a different floor.

This venue exceeded all of my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, such as the amazing indoor swimming pool and the saunas. the service provided was impeccable and the staff was always willing to assist with any enquiry. the location was ideal, as it was close to several shops and restaurants.

this did not affect my overall experience at this gorgeous hotel.
