The staff at this hotel were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The hotel's location in the center of Bali was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to all the main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed for our stay.

The staff were excellent, friendly and courteous. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had blackout curtains and minimal outside noise. The service was top class. The staff were friendly and obliging. The room was lovely. The breakfast was good. The amenities in the bathroom were complete and good quality.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were nicely designed and decorated. the breakfast offered was good with a variety of food options. the hotel is situated in a convenient location which makes transportation easy and accessible.

The hotel lacked an umbrella which was needed to get in and out of the car during the rainy days. the bathroom had some leakage issues which left the floor always wet, creating a slipping hazard.

Amazingly comfortable room, away from the noise even though in a busy area. Convenient access to everything and a nearby mini market for snacks. The staff is incredibly helpful, always friendly and smiling. This was our second stay and we loved it. Will definitely come back. highly recommended!
