Strategic location, within walking distance to ferry terminal and Grab is available. New hotel with clean surroundings and spacious rooms. Exceptional breakfast and friendly staff. Great views from higher floors. Value for money stay.

The breakfast buffet was a decent serving and there was a beautiful restaurant view. It was conveniently located, just a short walk from the ferry terminal. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel windows had terrible soundproofing, which made for a very noisy experience during events outside of the hotel. This was especially disruptive during my Christmas stay.

My stay at Hotel Santika was absolutely delightful. The location near the ferry terminal and shopping mall was extremely convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a new and plush carpet. I especially enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, which was far from tasteless. The staff, including the friendly housekeeper and accommodating manager, made me feel welcome and taken care of. The view from my room on the eighth floor was fantastic, and I even extended my stay because I didn't want to leave. I highly recommend Hotel Santika for its excellent service, great location, and wonderful amenities.

The Hotel Santika Batam is a strategically located and clean hotel with amazing breakfast and friendly staff. The upgraded Deluxe superior room with a sea view was a pleasant surprise. The comfortable mattresses, clean and simple toilet layout, and complimentary disposable slippers added to the overall pleasant experience. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and even surprising me with a birthday celebration.

There was nothing I didn't like.
