We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Santika in Surabaya. The staff were efficient in handling our packages that we sent prior to our arrival. Although the room was small, it was clean and equipped with complete toiletries. The breakfast, while limited in options, had acceptable taste. The hotel also had a gym available. our experience was good enough, although we would prefer a hotel closer to the city center next time. I would recommend this hotel for a business trip.

The system is ON, security found my mobile phone, attentive duty managers, friendly valet parking staff, comfortable beds.

Liked the location as it was close to several food chains. the room was clean and comfortable. the staff in the breakfast restaurant were friendly and accommodating.

Disliked the lack of a mini-fridge in the rooms.
