I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly well-trained and friendly, always ready to assist. Secondly, the location was excellent, being very close to popular shopping destinations. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. I also appreciated the fast internet connection, which was perfect for work purposes.

No major issues encountered; my stay was very enjoyable.

Had an amazing Christmas stay! the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby shops and vacation spots. the staff was friendly, and the room was spotless, with comfortable bedding. What impressed me most were the facilities; a working AC and a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the building. the restaurant cuisine was another plus, with a great selection of various kinds of food for different cultural backgrounds. Highly recommended!

As a result, I had to wait before getting my morning meal. although the menu had a great range of delicious foods, the restaurant could have had more options to cater to people who might prefer food other than that of Indonesian cuisine.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in the center of the city and close to all the attractions. It was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there were many nearby restaurants and malls, offering plenty of dining and shopping options for guests.

The TV in my room wasn't working and had to be moved to another room. This inconvenience was a small downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.
