Quiet location, friendly staff, spacious room with great view, daily cleaning, pleasant pool.

Everything was spot on.

Our stay at Ina Inn was incredible! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom. The location was great, tucked away from the busy street, providing privacy and tranquility. The staff, including the lovely manager Ayu and her parents in law, were attentive, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces.

Although breakfast choices were decent, it would have been even better with a wider variety of options.

Rooms need attention, doors and windows didn't close properly, letting in insects. Some maintenance issues, torn mosquito net and screens, rotting wood under sink.

The location of Ina Inn was perfect, allowing for privacy and quiet despite being in the bustling streets of Ubud. The rooftop pool provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for watching the sunset while enjoying some fruit. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, with the owner Wayan personally ensuring that guests had everything they needed. The rooms were comfortable, equipped with amenities such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The on-site laundry service was convenient and efficient. Additionally, there were plenty of great dining options within walking distance.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Ubud for a week. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions about the local area and culture. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden surrounding each private bungalow. The rooftop pool, located next to a shrine, provided a stunning view. The location was perfect, close to the main street and market but still peaceful. The owner was welcoming and even spoke a bit of Spanish. a fantastic stay!
