The hotel had a big area and well-kept gardens, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the room was clean and comfortable, with a smooth bed and a good bathroom. the staff provided awesome service with a smile, handling everything professionally. the location was right on the beach, offering a beautiful sunrise view. the restaurant and beach were clean and safe to swim in. a recommended hotel that seemed like a 5-star despite being a 3-star.

The air conditioning in my room leaked water and was not cool, despite attempts to fix it. Some staff members, particularly at the reception and the pool restaurant, lacked people skills and were rude.

The beachfront location was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed the refreshing pool and kids pool. The restaurants offered a diverse range of delicious food, and the staff always had a smile on their faces. The garden was well-maintained, and we loved the recreational facilities available. But our absolute favorite thing was feeling the cool breeze from the sea in the evening.

Located between two other hotels, quiet with not too many people. Clean beach, amazing sunrise and beautiful colors in the sky. Friendly staff, great gardens, pool, and beach proximity. We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel near the beachfront. The location was great, as it was close to the port to Nusa Penida and markets. The service was outstanding, and the rooms were cleaned and stocked every day. The buffet had a wide range of breakfast choices, and the garden with shady trees, sunbeds, and a swimming pool was beautiful. We loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a lovely view.

The interiors of the rooms were becoming a little tired and run down, with some maintenance issues such as clogged shower heads.

I had an amazing stay at Inna Beach Garden for 5 nights. The hotel had a charming ambiance, with chirping birds in the morning and even friendly dogs around. The staff was professional and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The furniture and fixtures in the room reminded me of my home in Bengaluru. The beach was very close, and I enjoyed the restaurant on the beach. The fast wifi, comfortable room, and clean surroundings added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area and gardens were lovely, perfect for a family stay. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The beachfront location was fabulous, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just a stroll away.

I stayed at Inna Beach Garden for a night before exploring nearby islands. Despite the affordable price, my room was spacious with a huge king-size bed and beach view balcony. The hotel is steps away from a private beach with plenty of lounge chairs. The staff was friendly and the location felt more local, away from touristy areas. I appreciated the quick response to the air-con problem. Close proximity to markets and restaurants was a bonus. Would definitely use this resort again!

Loved staying at this beach hotel! the buffet breakfast was fantastic, with so many options to choose from. Being able to walk right onto the beach and relax in peace and calmness was priceless. the spacious rooms were great too, with excellent amenities and a gorgeous view. All the staff were kind and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Best of all, the location was perfect - far enough away from the busy city but still close to great restaurants and attractions.

The only issue we had during our stay was that the hotel interiors seemed a bit outdated and in need of renovation. Some of the bathroom fixtures had mold and salt on them, and the shower curtains were dirty.
