The noise from the traffic outside can be quite loud, especially during the early hours of the morning.

Spent Christmas holidays at a hotel with great complementary perks such as a magic show and balloons for kids during breakfast. the hotel's prime location next to a mall makes it easy to do some last minute shopping. We also enjoyed the gym, which had very helpful staff and the quietness of our room despite being close to the elevator and construction site.

Not enough complimentary water was provided, and with the tap water not being drinkable, more bottles of water would have been a welcomed addition. Staff at the entrance could use some training in welcoming guests, and the elevator doors need to be checked for the loud cracking sound.

All our needs were promptly and professionally fulfilled: the Spa & Wellness Centre offers a wide range of treatments, and the swimming pool is located in a beautiful garden area with sun loungers and poolside snack bar. the room advantages are impressive, including full body massage, facial treatment and a steam room, with stunning city views from the treatment room. the restaurant serves special diet menus and is complemented by a bar/lounge area with live entertainment.

We experienced a minor issue with the WiFi. the signal was inconsistent and kept disconnecting which was frustrating as we couldn't communicate with guest relations.

The location near the mall was perfect as I could easily walk to the nearby shopping center and enjoy a variety of stores and restaurants without needing transportation. The convenience made my stay much more enjoyable.
