The JW Marriott in Medan exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. The highlight of my stay was the amazing breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had a great restaurant with friendly waiters, making dining a memorable experience. The security measures in place made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay.

The upgrade to a bigger room was a pleasant surprise for my grandma's staycation. The service staff, especially Deby and Gabriel, went above and beyond in providing exceptional service.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to most touristy sites via taxis that are readily available. Additionally, the fitness center opens at 5 am, allowing guests to start their day with a workout.

Some maintenance issues, especially at the pool area, could be improved.

As youngsters, we loved the amazing breakfast with a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff, especially Iskandar the chef, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were fantastic and had panoramic views. The central location was great too.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The spacious rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom that added a feeling of spaciousness. The comfortable beds and linens made for a restful sleep, and the hotel provided the best towels we had during our trip to Sumatra. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide selection and incredible service. We never even had to provide a table number, yet our custom-prepared eggs were brought directly to our table. The staff, especially Anastasia and one of the chefs, went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the friendly staff and helpful concierge at this hotel. They were always ready to assist with transportation and provide suggestions for getting around the city. The atmosphere was great and I particularly enjoyed dining at the Jade Chinese restaurant. The food was awesome, although the service was a bit slow, most likely due to the restaurant being crowded. it was a pleasurable experience.

An opulent experience awaits at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the sauna, swimming pool, and spa lounge, were a dream come true for me. the full body massage provided at the spa centre was a delight to my senses. the restaurant served delicious food, and the private facilities, including the bar/lounge area and snack bar, added to the charm of the venue. the location advantages allowed me to explore the city with ease.

the spa lounge lacked sufficient sun loungers and beach umbrellas, leading to a shortage of space.
