Clean, new room. Private patio with pool access. Fast room service. Nicely decorated hotel with shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful pool area.

During our New Year stay, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The reception and bar area had a lovely ambiance, and we highly recommend trying out the patisserie at the hotel. The central location was a major plus, with popular attractions such as The W, Potato Head, and Mrs Sippy just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere, with a beautiful main pool and a tranquil rooftop pool.

One drawback was the noise from ongoing construction, although it didn't significantly impact our experience. It would have been helpful if the facilities were better explained, as we were unsure about what amenities were available.

We recently stayed at a hotel that was very conveniently located close to cafes and restaurants. The surroundings were bustling, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The room and bathroom were kept immaculate, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast spread was updated daily and offered healthy options. The gym was small but well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. We particularly enjoyed the lychee martinis at the restaurant.

The pool was smaller than we expected.

Not obvious to find

We had an amazing time here! The hotel is located right in the centre of everything and it's very convenient. The staff were fantastic and provided us with great service. The swimming pool was a highlight for us; it was clean and had sun loungers, umbrellas, and a view of the surrounding area. The spa and wellness centre was also enjoyable, offering a variety of beauty treatments such as facials, pedicures, and massages. They have yoga classes available as well, which we found to be a nice touch.

The hotel offers a great breakfast with many options, including eggs, cereal, and Indonesian specialties. they have a beautiful rooftop bar that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

The room lacked shelves and storage space for clothes, which could be inconvenient for some guests. the pool was not easily accessible from our room, and the reception staff could have been more attentive and welcoming.

The ambience and cleanliness of Kanvaz Village Resort were exceptional. We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Wira who went above and beyond to assist us with our travel plans. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Access to the beach and a lovely pool on the property were added bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel.
