We had an amazing stay at a resort in Ubud. the staff at Kastara Resort were beyond helpful and made our experience truly special. the rooms were modern yet retained the charm of Bali. We loved the gigantic outdoor private bathtub on the balcony, perfect for a relaxing soak. the ala carte breakfast surprised us but turned out to be absolutely delicious with a great menu. the location was superb, with plenty of lovely and affordable restaurants nearby. the breathtaking views from the room and pool were unforgettable. the spa was excellent, with friendly staff. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing time in Bali! the resort we stayed in was beautiful, with a lovely pool area and stunning views of the jungle. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the fact that we had our own bathtub on the balcony. the service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the fact that the food and drinks were reasonably priced, which meant we didn't have to worry about overspending on our holiday.

The location of the resort was a bit of a downside, as we had to cross a bridge to get to the city center of Ubud. We also found that the local drivers charged us higher rates than usual, which was a bit of a pain.

Amazing breakfast, facilities, and room. Excellent staff, caring and attentive. Breathtaking jungle view. Fantastic pool. Wonderful spa. Quiet location, yet close to center. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience staying at this resort. The location was perfect, close to the city center but in a quiet area. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, overlooking the jungle. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant offered reasonably priced and amazing food. The hotel even had a cool elevator and Netflix on the TV for entertainment. The facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool on a jungle cliff. I would highly recommend this hotel for a perfect vacation.

One small improvement could be adding a convenience shop in the hotel for basic items like sunscreen and painkillers, as it's not always convenient to find these shops nearby.
