During our three-night stay at this beachfront resort, we were truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Katamaran Hotel & Resort went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. the highlight for us was the delicious gluten-free breakfast options, which catered perfectly to our needs. We also loved the sunset drinks and the Saturday night BBQ, where we enjoyed stunning views of the beach. the pools on both sides of the resort were absolutely amazing, and we never had to rush to find a good spot. we had the opportunity to take a cooking course on-site, and the dinner they served us afterwards was a delightful touch. the peace and comfort of the resort, slightly away from the town's hustle and bustle, allowed us to relax completely. the creative cocktail/mocktail menu and breathtaking sea views throughout the day added to the special ambiance. Our spacious room, with its generous bathroom and balcony, was clean and perfect. We also appreciated the proximity to other restaurants along the beach.

I recently had an incredible stay at a stylish hotel with tastefully selected fixtures and fittings. the staff were very friendly and professional, especially Fery and Nanang who were extra lovely. the hotel had multiple pools that were never crowded, and there were plenty of comfy beds for sunbathing. the food was diverse and delicious, with a great breakfast buffet and fantastic dinner options, including snapper, gurame, tuna steak, and prawns cocktail. the airport pick-up and drop-off service was convenient, and they even went above and beyond to make my birthday special. the location was about an hour from the airport and a short taxi ride away from the main bar area. There was also bike rental available, making it easy to explore the area.

Katamaran Hotel & Resort exceeded our expectations with its stunning views and amazing service. The club suite offered a breathtaking view day and night, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast, especially the unique PANDAN JAM, was a delightful surprise. The spa was a wonderful experience, and the romantic dinner, with the help of the friendly waiter, was perfect. The Kliff Cafe was the best spot to enjoy stunning sunsets.

High prices for restaurant and spa.

We had a great time during our city break in Lombok. the complimentary breakfast provided a wide range of food with an amazing view of the scenery. the friendly staff made our stay more comfortable. We also appreciated the location that was secluded and peaceful.

The hotel wasn't as close to sightseeing points as we would have liked, making transportation a bit harder to arrange. the prices for some of the food were quite high, although the quality was good.
