The location was amazing, just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. the suite I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable lounge. the bedroom was large and had plenty of storage space. the breakfast menu offered a variety of options and was good value for money.

The one-bedroom apartment at Kayangan Boutique Hotel was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. the rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a serene atmosphere with minimal crowds. the convenient location near Sanur beach, local dining options, and night food markets made exploring easy. Although there was an issue with a sewerage smell in some rooms, the staff were responsive and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sanur. The short walk to the beach was a major advantage, allowing us to easily access the beautiful coastline. Additionally, the hotel's location near the beach and shops made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area and find everything we needed. The staff were also a standout feature, as they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The first night, I had a room issue and staff quickly solved it. Perfect for my business trips - I get Free Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception & security, rooftop pool, spa, laundry. Plus, I never smell smoke here. That's why I keep coming back.
