The hotel's location was stunning, with the beachfront just steps away from my villa. The water quality was excellent, allowing me to enjoy swimming and relaxing in clear blue waters. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, making my stay even more comfortable. The staff also deserves special mention for their excellent service. From Ary at the reception to Darma, the yoga teacher, everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

Spent xmas at a secluded resort, perfect for a peaceful holiday. Loved the spacious villas and the helpful staff. the pristine beach was a great spot to catch some rays and watch the ocean. We also enjoyed the delicious meals offered by the resort.

The location was a bit isolated and uncomfortable to reach. the hotel needs immediate renovations as some areas are worn out and need a good paint job.

The infinity pool overlooking the beach was a highlight, and we often had it all to ourselves. The staff was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Although the rooms could use some minor updates, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this retreat for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

The villas were spacious, well-designed, and had attention to detail, with amenities like a sharp knife for fruit and fresh towels provided daily. The private pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. We enjoyed the peaceful and calming atmosphere of the resort, with friendly and helpful staff always willing to assist. The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of choices on the menu.

Some minor maintenance issues were observed, such as signs of wear in the room and slow, unreliable Wi-Fi connection. The lack of fly screens on the sliding doors made it difficult to leave them open for a cool evening breeze and to listen to the crashing waves.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our luxurious needs were met. the exclusive amenities and facilities, including the heavenly Spa & Wellness Centre and the stunning outdoor saltwater pool, provided the perfect paradise for relaxation. the garden area and sun terrace were perfect spots to lounge and enjoy the breathtaking view of the nearby beach which had direct access from the hotel.

The hotel's beach front was a bit overcrowded and could have been cleaned more frequently to avoid potential hazards. this hotel provided us with an unforgettable and luxurious experience.

We had an amazing experience at this retreat! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Kelapa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the hospitality was exceptional, and they even offered us breakfast upon our early arrival. the property itself is beautiful, with two stunning pools overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the clean beach and indulged in the most incredible mango smoothie bowls and massages. the room was divine, offering high-quality comfort and cleanliness. the staff, including Yulia, Aliet, and ARDHY, were all professional and took special care of our needs. the free activities and nature walk with Kadek Maddi were unexpected bonuses. If you're visiting Bali, Kelapa Retreat & Spa is a must-stay.
