The shuttle service to the city center could have more frequent timings.

The chocolate cookies were yummy and the bathroom was big. the location was convenient - close to the city center and easy to hail a taxi. the pool had a cool temperature and was refreshing.

The room was not cleaned properly - dust on the furniture and the bed was not well made. the breakfast was not very good - limited options and the coffee was cold.

I had the most amazing experience at a hotel in Bali. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, especially when I enjoyed breakfast on my balcony overlooking the lush forest. This hotel provided me with an incredibly luxurious experience. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. the service was impeccable, with staff always on hand to assist me. the spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a full body massage that left me feeling invigorated. the infinity pool provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area, and the sun terrace was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

The breakfast could have been better. While there was plenty of food, the finesse of a Lux buffet was lacking.
