The complimentary welcome drink and massage were a nice touch. The hotel is situated near rice fields and is peaceful with great views. The pool area is very well kept and it is a relaxing haven on the site.

The staff were inconsistent in their service and some were aloof and nosey. The buggy service was under maintenance and not always available.

Beautiful setting, private villa with infinity pool, outdoor seating, and spacious bedroom with dressing area. Helpful, warm staff who go above and beyond. Delicious meals, including a changing 3-course breakfast. Balinese spa treatments were luxurious.

The spa and wellness center is impeccable, and the massages are exceptional, leaving one feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provide a breathtaking view of the ocean. There are also private facilities for a more intimate experience, like the in-room breakfast and outdoor dining area. The service is incomparable, with the staff always eager to help and make us feel at home.

The only minor problem we had was that the location is quite remote, making it a long journey to get to tourist destinations. However, the location is also an advantage as it provides a peaceful escape from the city's chaos.

Main pool is mostly empty, providing a peaceful experience. Reasonable prices at the restaurant. Black beach for walking or horse riding. Excellent spa massage services
